We sure do !

CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY PURCHASE?

There are NO refunds! If you would like to cancel your order, you will receive store credit ONLY.

WHY HAVENT I RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER?

WE DO ONT PRE-SEND TRACKING NUMBERS. You will receive an email with your tracking number attached once your order is 100% ready to be shipped. Note that processing and handling can take from 1-15 full business days or more if you ordered a made-to-order item.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ADDRESS IS INCORRECT?

Don't worry! You can always e-mail our customer service team at contact@badgalblvd.com with your corrections. All changes must be made within 24 hrs after you've placed your order.

DO YOU RESTOCK WHEN YOU SELL OUT?

We do not restock items unless they are of high demand. Sign up for our mailing list to stay on top of any restocks for your favorite item! 

DO YOU HAVE A STORE FRONT?

No, all sales are done online.

I TRIED TO MAKE A PURCHASE BUT IT KEEPS TELLING ME TO CHECK MY CARD....

Our card processor is case sensitive. It will not allow you to make a purchase if your information does not match. please make sure that your billing address matches with the cardholders billing address. Otherwise, the transaction will be unsuccessful.
